Part of my floating floor replacement by Mayne Rugs and Flooring was an insurance claim from water damage. This made it all complicated. But Diana at Mayne Rugs and Flooring and their staff helped me choose a beautiful new floorboard for the whole unit thankfully. The quality and price of the new floorboards including laying, underlay and removing the original boards was fantastic. This people are fraud and rip you off with their high quotes. I have experienced bad customer service and unfaithfulness from the employees. They never stood on their words and keep on manipulating me when asked for refund. I would never ever suggest or recommend anyone to get in any transactions with this company.
