Response time was reasonable during the sales process and we were somewhat satisfied despite the unfavourable change in settlement date after we have signed the contract of sale by offer and acceptance. We had to liaise with the admin team from that point till settlement and the slow response (or lack of) have been frustrating especially after being told to accommodate more unfavourable circumstances (house will still be fully furnished during final inspection, house will not be vacant until a day post settlement, unable to ... read more
Super courteous and efficient. David was helpful but his website was really interesting. Maxpro clearly knows this area intimately. His assistant Freda was our main go-to person and she was outstanding. Couldn't ask for better, personal, swift and courteous assistance. Nothing was too much, however trivial it seemed to us, and she acted promptly and efficiently with a sympathetic ear. All transfers handled efficiently. No problems for us at all.

Genuine Real estate agent . Our experience as buyers with David and Freda has been 10/10. The settlement process was very streamlined and they were always happy to help with any questions we had no matter how small! Freda was very responsive and friendly. We felt that the team worked hard for both parties, buyers and sellers. David knows the area so well and you see his name everywhere on Sold signs which tells you a lot also. Very happy.
