We’ve had two visits to Mate St Dental since moving to the area a year ago, and we’ve been extremely impressed each time. The admin team are always extremely friendly and our appointments have been bang on time, which is rare and so appreciated. Dr. Dinu has been excellent with my two young boys. She’s thorough, gentle, and great at explaining everything. The TV on the ceiling with relaxing imagery is a brilliant touch and really helps keep the kids calm. My husband and I are both very pleased with the service and care we receive at Mate Street Dental. That's really saying something as my husband had not been to a Dentist for about 40 years, despite his oral discomfort and some chronic health conditions. I met Dr Mia Ward for the first time for my annual check up. Mia took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle. During and after Mia explained what she was seeing and implications. Incredibly thorough. A promising career ahead!
A very positive experience overall. Staff were helpful, thoughtful, and kind. No time spent waiting. The environment was pleasant and relaxing. I was very pleased I had chosen this dental clinic and will continue to attend in future.
From start to finish I received wonderful care at Mate Street Dental. I was warmly welcomed by all staff and recieved excellent treatment from Dr Mia and Nina. I had a small filling attended to without LA and felt no discomfort. Everything was explained so well. I also had a thorough clean and I am very happy with the results!
