From start to finish I received wonderful care at Mate Street Dental. I was warmly welcomed by all staff and recieved excellent treatment from Dr Mia and Nina. I had a small filling attended to without LA and felt no discomfort. Everything was explained so well. I also had a thorough clean and I am very happy with the results!
A very positive experience overall. Staff were helpful, thoughtful, and kind. No time spent waiting. The environment was pleasant and relaxing. I was very pleased I had chosen this dental clinic and will continue to attend in future.
I had an amazing experience, everyone was kind, friendly and patient. The reception girls were very welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable when being seen and had a nice chat with the dentist and the nurses :)
Reception staff acknowledged me straight away and confirmed my appointment. Dentist greeted me by name and introduced me to the dental assistant. Dentist was always checking on my level of comfort and if I needed a break at any time and my procedures wasn’t rushed
Outstanding service from the front desk to the dentist chair. Everyone was so friendly and patient. I have significant dentist anxiety and I was supported and reassured through the whole process. I received professional and kind treatment and would highly recommend both Mia and Jay and assistants. Thank you.
