We had such a wonderful experience bringing our 3-year-old daughter in for her appointment. She was very nervous and scared at first, but the dentists were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. They took the time to make her feel comfortable, explained everything in a gentle way, and never rushed her. By the end of the appointment, she was smiling and felt so much more confident. We Can not fault the dentists here, the team listening to me in how my daughters reacts and how defiant she is that it went so smoothly but a big special mention to Shayla Nguyen for the empathy, care and compassion she give to my 5yr old an to her assistant my 5yr old is tiny and has many medical dramas dislikes everyone but she had to 👑 crowns done due to her breaking 2 teeth and she sat their for nearly 2 hrs Yes the last 15mins ended in tears but it’s the point that she was so settled and calm with her dentist. I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I visited the clinic on 27/06/2026 because I was experiencing quick sharp pain in one of my teeth whenever I drank hot water or ate. During my appointment, I felt the treatment was rushed. Dental treatment should be carried out carefully because teeth are a very sensitive part of the body. During the procedure, a dental clip/instrument was accidentally dropped into my mouth and quickly removed with the dentist's fingers, which made me feel uncomfortable. Afte... read more

We’ve been going to Main Street Dental for over 8 years now, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We recently had an emergency situation with our five-year-old son, and everyone at the clinic was incredibly helpful and caring. The team made sure we were looked after and that he received the care he needed as quickly as possible.
