Maison have been amazing! Making the process of finding tenants so easy and stress free! They have been so friendly, helpful and genuinely have your best interests at heart! Amanda, Jade and Grace especially have personally assisted me and have been amazing to deal with throughout.
Grace was extremely helpful and incredibly quick with her responses to our queries. Our biggest stress turned into our quickest relief thanks to the team at Maison and specifically Grace who found us our apartment before we arrived in Melbourne. The team is so helpful and is consistently checking in to make sure that we are happy with our new home. We could not recommend Grace and the team at Maison enough.
Without a single doubt, I am happy to submit a 5 star review as from the moment of first inspection, to the moment of getting the keys, as the times of regular inspection by the real estate agents, the service of Maîson and personnel is professional and they treat their customers with care. The property itself is stunning and every important step is handled with care. Every issue is addressed promptly and they put a lot of effort of feeling you heard, never dismissed. There is no way of going wrong with Maîson.
