If I could give no stars I would. Used Maison to look after my property. Come time for the tenants to move out Sophie did an inspection, telling me it was in excellent condition. I mentioned I didn't have time to look - however as they were being paying to do the final inspection I would take their word for it. Later when I checked the property, as I was selling almost $5000 worth of plants and trees in large pots to the new owner I went to have a look. Dead. Maison are the best property managers we've ever had the pleasure of renting off. We've been in our rental for almost 3 years and any issue with maintenance they were always incredibly prompt and fixed any and all issues with no hassle at all. For example we had an issue with our dishwasher which we asked to have looked at and after someone came around saying it needed someone else to look at it, without even asking a new dishwasher was installed. We have only been with Amanda and Maison for a relatively short time, however we have found them to be a breath of fresh air. They are proactive, courteous and efficient, so finally we are getting things done in our apartment! I would highly recommend them.
