Highly recommend. Receptionist was helpful and efficient. My appointment was with Nicky and, having experienced a number of physiotherapists over the years, I considered her exceptional. Clear communication and the treatment plan and course was explained.
Professional and friendly staff over the phone and in person, welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Aylene was warm and friendly, put me at ease and was very supportive throughout the session and gave me great confidence that she is the right person to help with my situation
The team is very experienced and not afraid to dig in to my muscles when needed which I really appreciate. They all do a fantastic job so I know when I can't get the appointment I want, I'm still going to be in great hands.
Warm and welcoming practice. Edwin is attentive and professional in his approach. I feel confident of his knowledge and proposed physiotherapy. I appreciate the additional general practical advise and follow-up exercise videos.
