Really impressed. I had no idea this place existed as I haven’t lived in the area long. I went to go about a burn being possibly infected and quickly realised that it wasn’t quite a medical centre. But they were lovely and looked at the wound and dressed it properly for me as it just needed proper covering. Lovely staff and great to know that there’s options in the area rather than going to the ER if I ever needed it.
There must be angels watching over the nurses and doctors in this clinic, and the pharmacy next door. They were incredibly kind and responsive to my injury and were brilliant at triaging to ensure the patients with the most urgent needs were prioritised. Even though they were incredibly busy the staff were empathetic and they really saw each patient as a person rather than as a number or a case to be treated. I truly wish every experience with the medical profession could be liked this.
Last night I arrived at 8:30pm and there were 2 patients waiting. I was refused service as they were closing in 30 mins. This morning, I went to the same clinic again and there were 5 patients waiting and I was told that only 1 doctor on duty and I have to prepare to wait for 2.5 hours. It is a large clinic with multiple beds inside but only 1 medical doctor is treating patients. May I suggest that more resources are allocated to this clinic which is situated at a populated area.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the nurses and front desk team — they deserve 10 stars, no question. Warm, welcoming, professional they are the heart and soul of this clinic and it shows. Every single glowing review you read about them is well deserved. But I have to be honest about the rest of my experience today. We brought our daughter to this clinic after she injured her finger. She was initially assessed by a nurse and then examined by an older female doctor, who advised that an X-ray was required. We were explicitly instructed by the nurse to wait in the lobby for the X-ray. What followed was a prolonged and poorly managed wait of over two hours, during which we received no updates, clarification, or communication from staff.
