I had a fish hook stuck in my finger and was quite worried when I arrived. The doctor and all the staff were incredibly helpful, calm, and professional throughout the whole process. They acted quickly and managed to remove the hook as soon as possible, making the procedure much less stressful than I expected. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciate their fast response, care, and kindness. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing urgent medical attention.

Really lovely and professional staff. Triage nurse was so helpful and a star who helped me. I was lucky that the nurse was able to help me as the queue for the doctors seemed much longer. I made the right decision going to Maroubra urgent care over an ER department at a hospital when I cut my finger really badly, and really wasn't sure what to do. Wish I could say something nice. Went in with a really deep and open dog bite wound (GRAPHIC: literally can see fat and tissue), I hoped that they would clean it up and make sure it wasn’t infected but they barely even looked at me. I was pretty much told that they weren’t there to hand out bandaids. Went to the chemist and they were WAY more helpful.
Really impressed. I had no idea this place existed as I haven’t lived in the area long. I went to go about a burn being possibly infected and quickly realised that it wasn’t quite a medical centre. But they were lovely and looked at the wound and dressed it properly for me as it just needed proper covering. Lovely staff and great to know that there’s options in the area rather than going to the ER if I ever needed it.
