⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the nurses and front desk team — they deserve 10 stars, no question. Warm, welcoming, professional they are the heart and soul of this clinic and it shows. Every single glowing review you read about them is well deserved. But I have to be honest about the rest of my experience today. If I could leave 0 stars I would.... The ladies behind the reception were absolutely fantastic. The doctor I had on the other hand. First of all, didn't take me seriously at all, as what I was in for wasnt common. Secondly, had the body language and facial expressions of someone who absolutely hated his job and couldn't give a single care in the world about anything what so ever. Pleasant staff and professional service. Wait time can be long but the staff wisely treat patients based on urgency which is understandable. Once in surgery treatment is swift and professional with good explanation of your condition
Fractured foot can’t walk without extreme pain. Foot is purple and bruised considerably. Went for x ray confirming the fracture. Returned to clinic to be told to take some Panadol. Does the bone need to be puncturing the skin to get some help with pain these days. Can’t just lay down all day things need to be done around home. Funny world sometimes.
Centre in general is awesome and the team does great work. Dr Ishwar Bhattarai though is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen! I came in with a potential fractured ankle, on crutches, and he completely dismissed me and my welfare, no good advice no recommendations for recovery or aid while I was in excruciating pain, he should not be doctor as he carried no care for his patients.
