⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the nurses and front desk team — they deserve 10 stars, no question. Warm, welcoming, professional they are the heart and soul of this clinic and it shows. Every single glowing review you read about them is well deserved. But I have to be honest about the rest of my experience today. There must be angels watching over the nurses and doctors in this clinic, and the pharmacy next door. They were incredibly kind and responsive to my injury and were brilliant at triaging to ensure the patients with the most urgent needs were prioritised. Even though they were incredibly busy the staff were empathetic and they really saw each patient as a person rather than as a number or a case to be treated. I truly wish every experience with the medical profession could be liked this.
Clean and well, organ Isa clinic with pleasant front of house staff. However, I was advised to a one hour wait for what was a two hour wait. As I suspected when i got to the top of the queue, it was a task thay could’ve been done by the triage nurse in approximately two minutes,
I injured myself at work and went to Maroubra Urgent Medical Care. Nurses at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful which is the only positive. I waited close to 2 hours before finally seeing a doctor and am extremely disappointed with the consult from the doctor I saw. Without barely even looking at the site of my injury he concluded/assumed it was just a muscle injury even though it feels more like a fractured rib rather than a muscle injury. Exceptional service. Turned up on a Saturday mid morning with a suspected broken foot. Got a wheelchair brought out to the car. Had an xray and saw a doctor in 2 hours. I would have waited 2 or 3 times longer at a hospital A&E. Left with crutches and a boot for my foot all free of charge. Outstanding care and very quick service.
