Pleasant staff and professional service. Wait time can be long but the staff wisely treat patients based on urgency which is understandable. Once in surgery treatment is swift and professional with good explanation of your condition
Fractured foot can’t walk without extreme pain. Foot is purple and bruised considerably. Went for x ray confirming the fracture. Returned to clinic to be told to take some Panadol. Does the bone need to be puncturing the skin to get some help with pain these days. Can’t just lay down all day things need to be done around home. Funny world sometimes.
It was amazing to be able to get medical help from 7am in a Sunday. After having the nurse triage me, the wait to see a Dr was about an hour which was fair enough as I had a suspected ear infection and there were quite a few little kids who needed attention. Great service.
I injured myself at work and went to Maroubra Urgent Medical Care. Nurses at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful which is the only positive. I waited close to 2 hours before finally seeing a doctor and am extremely disappointed with the consult from the doctor I saw. Without barely even looking at the site of my injury he concluded/assumed it was just a muscle injury even though it feels more like a fractured rib rather than a muscle injury.
