Very convenient on a Saturday not to busy but after time and process they were very unhelpful they only seemed to help if it was helping them and didn’t really care about myself just after government Medicare not happy waited up to 3 hours before I was finished process to be told they can only bandage me up and give me a neck brace and hand me off to ambulance for them also were after government payment because they seemed to be just another branch off a way to filter money back into the system unbelievable
Brilliant concept. Friendly staff and efficient, doctors/nurses. Please read their services before going it's not a doctors practice. Long wait times are not their fault when people are using the service as if it's a doctors practice. It's where you go if it's not quite an ED situation but you can't wait to see a doctor
What an amazing experience, 40 minutes to get reviewed, have an x ray and get a final report on my daughters x ray. The pressure this centre is taking off emergency departments around the country must be measurable. I actually went to the Emergency department first, there was about 15 children ahead of us and needed to be in an emergency department, not like us, I was querying a minor fracture of my daughters wrist so we left,. This place is absolutely wonderful. I took my daughter here after the health care line I called told me to take her there for a skin rash she had. The staff were lovely. The receptionist was helpful and kind and directed me to a nurse quickly who was also lovely. She then sent us straight in to see a doctor who gave me all the information I needed. The facilities are top notch too. I highly recommend this place. A massive thank you to the staff who took care of us!
Excellent reception, nursing and medical staff, and swift. Although my partner’s medical concern was minor (but had worsened over night), both his triage nurse and GP were thorough and reassuring. I highly recommend an urgent care model like this for issues that are not full emergencies but need attention before a GP appointment can be scheduled.
