Very convenient on a Saturday not to busy but after time and process they were very unhelpful they only seemed to help if it was helping them and didn’t really care about myself just after government Medicare not happy waited up to 3 hours before I was finished process to be told they can only bandage me up and give me a neck brace and hand me off to ambulance for them also were after government payment because they seemed to be just another branch off a way to filter money back into the system unbelievable
Lovely, prompt, and thorough experience with the triage nurse and doctor; seems like they lost my name in the queue so I waited two hours while 10+ people were seen before me. I was seen by a nurse for triage within 15 minutes of arriving and then waited in the lobby as two people arrived, saw the triage nurse, and saw the doctor all before I was called to see the doctor. I’m visiting from the US and got sick with a fairly major respiratory / sinus infection while in Sydney. I found this urgent care and arrived about an hour after they opened. They were already packed but the check in lady Taz was very nice and helpful. After waiting a couple hours I was seen by doc and got a prescription. The nurse who did my intake was also very nice. I had a sore throat due to a virus for a couple of days and needed to see a doctor on Saturday, but my GP was closed. I arrived at the urgent care clinic at 7:45 AM, registered via an app, and was seen by a nurse about 30 minutes after sitting down. She was thorough, performed some checks, and then took me in to see the doctor. I visited the clinic today, they helped me identify a fracture along my ankle and provided me with the best treatments such as Xrays, medication, and referrals to the hospital hands down the best clinic to attend if you want to skip your waiting time at a ER. Highly recommend to all people. Receptionist and all the staff are very welcoming and loving people. 💕
