Exceptional service. Turned up on a Saturday mid morning with a suspected broken foot. Got a wheelchair brought out to the car. Had an xray and saw a doctor in 2 hours. I would have waited 2 or 3 times longer at a hospital A&E. Left with crutches and a boot for my foot all free of charge. Outstanding care and very quick service.
Fractured foot can’t walk without extreme pain. Foot is purple and bruised considerably. Went for x ray confirming the fracture. Returned to clinic to be told to take some Panadol. Does the bone need to be puncturing the skin to get some help with pain these days. Can’t just lay down all day things need to be done around home. Funny world sometimes.
Centre in general is awesome and the team does great work. Dr Ishwar Bhattarai though is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen! I came in with a potential fractured ankle, on crutches, and he completely dismissed me and my welfare, no good advice no recommendations for recovery or aid while I was in excruciating pain, he should not be doctor as he carried no care for his patients. Great team! Efficient with time and people. They take care of their patients. Side note: I feel sorry for the radiographer her room is so small! Upgrade she’s so nice and deserves better!
I slipped and fell on my back and was recommended to visit the Urgent Care Clinic. All the staff there were so kind, caring and ultra professional. They also made me feel looked after and cared for. I was so impressed! Thank you Maroubra Medicare Urgent Care Clinic staff for all you do for us! And thank you Australia for having this top rate service. Makes me feel so proud to be an Australian.
