The nurse was amazing! My father was discharged from hospital, but they had forgotten to remove the cannula from his arm. We had to go to Maroubra to have it removed, and the service there was excellent. Everyone was very caring and kind towards my dad. I’ll definitely be going back if needed.
I had a great experience. The staff were very kind, helpful ,professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality healthcare!
Much better than expected! I'd fallen and had a gash below my knee, late on a Monday night. I went to emergence at the hospital and they applied a pressure bandage and took x-rays, but it was a five hour wait for stitches, so we agreed to go home and come back in the morning, which I did. But the morning wait was over 1.5 hours with no sign of seeing a doctor. So I went to Maroubra Urgent Care. My daughter’s hand swelled up from an insect bite, I couldn’t get her in to see her GP but she was seen very quickly by the staff at the Urgent care clinic, and we did not need to go to emergency which was great. We were back home within 45 minutes.
I’m a tourist and so thankful there’s a free clinic. I came in with a fever swollen tonsils and white spots on my throat. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and pleasant and helped me immediately. I arrived an hour before they open due to an issue with Google saying they opened earlier than they did. Google said 7, but I believe it’s 8 on the weekends. Either way they assisted me immediately and got me checked in. It is a free clinic so of course there’s a wait time.
