I’ve been under the care of Dr. Simon Symeou for over 11 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism and expertise. He consistently provides accurate diagnoses, effective treatments, and thoughtful medical advice. I truly appreciate the care I receive and have complete confidence in his judgment. The medical centre itself is also fantastic—well-organized, welcoming, and supportive. I genuinely love coming here.
Everyone was friendly and the doctors seem to do a good thorough job but I was in here for an hour and a half to get a simple pre-prescribed anti-rabies vaccine shot. Appointment with doctor happened 45 min after the set time (8:30 am) and afterwards she sent me to the nurses where I had to wait another 40 minutes.. this is so inefficient. My other doctor will do this in 10 minutes..
Worst medical centre I have ever experienced and I grew up in a third world nation. Doctors are rude and have no idea how to manage their time, I had to wait and hour even after making a booking. They lie and cheat you out of more money. They don't keep correct records, the receptionist doesn't know how to stay calm. Worst of all they will force you pay just to find out your own test results and you have no idea if something could be wrong. I will never use this medical centre again!
I always feel that friendly service and attention from both staff and my Doctor when I visit the clinic. It is well run has that comfort and peace. I would recommend using maroubra medical centre for their services and peace of mind. 🤗👍❤️PS my Doctor is Simon Seymour is who I would recommend to see as he is a very caring doctor that treats you like a human being.
To this practice and majority of the doctors working there, even though it’s their job they always make you feel like you are a big inconvenience. There has been a many times that we have visited and apart from doctors googling the symptoms or remedies on THEIR COMPUTER! They don’t even try to assist you!
