To this practice and majority of the doctors working there, even though it’s their job they always make you feel like you are a big inconvenience. There has been a many times that we have visited and apart from doctors googling the symptoms or remedies on THEIR COMPUTER! They don’t even try to assist you! It's obvious Dr Khatibi loves what she does because she is good at it! I really appreciate your help. I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided and for the unique gift you are to your patients. I am blessed that you are our doctor. We feel very confident in your advice and care. I do have a young daughter, so waiting for long periods is quite challenging, and Dr Khatibi is pretty much always on time.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. Firstly, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional in her demeanor. Her aggressive behavior made what was already a stressful situation even worse. They also double-booked me, which meant I almost happened to charge $80 extra for no reason. I booked through the app, had a consultation that lasted less than 30 minutes, and ended up paying $120—way more than I expected. I do not recommend seeing Dr Jenny He at this practice. Arrives late for her appointments then halls up in her office leaving everyone waiting. Fails to adequately fill out medical forms and advises you are not eligible for treatment plans you are eligible for. The practice is not sufficiently managed leaving patients at a loss.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Waited 1hr for the GP. Asked receptionist how long she said we were next. The dr then saw another patient. I then went back to repetition where a different receptionist said theres a few people and they cant fell who next. To which I replied then why did the other receptionist say I was next? The receptionist who said we were next ignored me and pretended she wasn't listening. Waste of time and i still need to seek treatment for my son.
