I recently visited Maroubra Medical & Dental Centre due to a persistent cough. I appreciated that the doctor I saw was kind and attentive during the consultation. Although I found it a bit surprising that she didn’t examine my throat, she explained that a swab test could help identify the underlying cause of the cough. That made sense to me and helped me feel more at ease. I had a very disappointing experience at Maroubra Medical Centre yesterday. I spoke with a receptionist who was rude and unhelpful. I was simply trying to book a phone appointment with Dr Paul for the same day, as it was more practical for me. He told me I wasn’t allowed to do that and insisted I had to call back the next day. I was left frustrated and completely confused, because I’ve never heard of such a rule in my life. We had great experience this morning, visited Laverty pathology with my 3.5 year daughter and doctor was really nice. We left with very good mood. Nice to see how doctor's make our kids smile. She now inspired and play she is doctor. Thank you for a great service and great mood for the rest of the day!

I've been attending this medical centre for 20+ years and can only say that overall I am very happy with their service. One important thing for working people is that they do work longer hours than all the other medical centres in the area.The staff is always very caring and professional. The reception desk is also answering the calls quickly, which is a great improvement in comparison with a couple of years ago when one could not get them on the phone. A+ and highly recommended.

I had a great experience here. Dr. Khatibi was extremely professional and showed a keen eye for my treatment. She was compassionate during my critical condition, which made a big difference in my care. The booking process was quick and straightforward. The reception staff were also very polite and kind. Highly recommended!
