Disgraceful customer service and internal communication. My credit card on iPhone wouldn't work and they wanted a physical credit card (which I didn't have on me), so I was told by reception staff to come back after my appointment with the GP to sort out the payment. I sat waiting for 1 hour 40 minutes for Dr Ifat Anjum (who didn't see any patients during this time), but she didn't call my name. I am very disappointed with the doctor and the overall service. I visited the clinic for assistance with an NDSS form, but Dr Mrityunjoy told me to bring a printed form to the next appointment, even though the form could easily be completed through the online portal or filled out at the clinic in just a couple of minutes. Despite providing no service, I was still charged $80.

I saw Dr. Khatibi today and felt very uncomfortable during the consultation. When I mentioned that I have several mental health conditions, she gave a vague smile as if it was something amusing, which made me feel hurt and dismissed. (I waited for around an hour saw 4 people in and out finally my turn) I came in with new symptoms, but she immediately categorized them as depression without proper examination. Fantastic service at Maroubra Medical & Dental Centre. Very friendly team at reception ready to help and listen. Dr Knott was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully to answer all of my questions and gave clear advice. Thank you.

I recently visited Maroubra Medical & Dental Centre due to a persistent cough. I appreciated that the doctor I saw was kind and attentive during the consultation. Although I found it a bit surprising that she didn’t examine my throat, she explained that a swab test could help identify the underlying cause of the cough. That made sense to me and helped me feel more at ease. She recommended a cough medicine and antihistamine, which did help ease some symptoms, though the cough has continued — which I understand, as we’re wait... read more
