Disgraceful customer service and internal communication. My credit card on iPhone wouldn't work and they wanted a physical credit card (which I didn't have on me), so I was told by reception staff to come back after my appointment with the GP to sort out the payment. I sat waiting for 1 hour 40 minutes for Dr Ifat Anjum (who didn't see any patients during this time), but she didn't call my name. Went in for a simple vaccine. Told fill out form online and take a seat by receptionist. Was sat there for 1 hour before I had to approach the reception again. Only to be told the doctor can not administer the vaccine (what kind of doctors are these?)and the nurse is gone home. No further appointments for a week. An absolute joke in my books. If they had an option to give minus stars I would do so!!!!!!!!
Professional and approachable staff from the reception up to the nurses at the examination room; gives clear and efficient service, makes you feel safe and secure. I had reversed diabetes (running 7 years now) with the help of Dr. Balatbat who’s my GP for 8 years (checking my overall health). I have a Filipino background and I find it easier to communicate and understand Dr. Yolanda.
Forget calling reception. I was given an estimated wait time of 8hrs on hold. I had to chase up my own results after seeing 2 different doctors. This is by far the worst run clinic I have ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money…
Dr. Milli Shrestha is an exceptionally professional and caring dentist. One of my family members developed severe tooth pain while we were traveling, and Dr. Shrestha patiently and meticulously diagnosed and treated them. She not only relieved the pain on the spot but also helped us plan the follow-up treatment after we returned home. We are truly grateful for her help and highly recommend her.
