Fast and efficient. We got a 5.50pm and 6pm appointment and were seen on time. Plenty of parking around, but also very busy. The lady at reception was lovely and the poor woman had to deal with a rude, impatient man who claimed he made an appointment but wasn't... she handled him with grace and remained polite. Doctor Simon was great with my 5yo son and answered all the questions without naking us feel overwhelmed or uneducated. Glad we made the change to this clinic.
My first time here, the online booking is easy as I use HotDoc at other clinics. I input both my Medicare and pension card via online booking. When I got there there was a young male receptionist attended to us, he asked for all my details incl Medicare card and pension card detail, I handed him both cards. I think he was far too 'happy' and wanted to charged me full fee upfront, so I questioned him "didn't you just took my pension card, haven't you input the details in the system". I walked in today for my first appointment in this clinic. Right away I was met with friendliness and professionalism. I forgot my medicare card and they helped me find out where it was. And the GP I saw was professional and helpful! Looking forward to making this my go to GP spot ^^
I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received from one of your reception staff during my recent visit. I came into the clinic at an extremely vulnerable time due to ongoing health and mental health issues. Instead of being met with compassion and professionalism, I was spoken about while standing right there the receptionist openly said, “I was actually just talking about you,” and then proceeded to treat me with incredible rudeness. The reception was fine. Dr Hsu was the one who was randomly assigned to us. I took my kid to see him yesterday, he opened the door and asked my kid to get his lolly, it was her first meeting to the doctor, she was not quick enough to respond and Dr Hsu threw the lolly to the table and said get if you want or forget it in a very rude way. During the consultation, he didn’t respond to my concerns and kept dealing with his computer, he didn’t even want to listen to her medical history which was related to her current issues.
