Had my first visit with my new GP. He actually listened which is good. Doing lots of tests before giving me unneeded medications. X-ray and US coming. The Nurse that attended my ECG and bloods was great. Very polite. The receptionist at the main desk was lovely. Also very polite. Thanks to all.
I went here because my usual GP couldn't get us an appt last minute and urgent care couldn't see us. I genuinely wish I hadn't bothered wasting my time. The doctor came to the door with a lollipop but my son is an infant so he suggested he can have it to play with it...that's not even safe. I went in with concerns about a wheeze id heard in my child's breathing. I was very pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of all my interactions today. What could have been a "big thing" didn't escalate due to the reception staff being very understanding. Being new to the clinic I'm still learning how things operate. Thanks to the team.
I strongly suggest to all not to use this service because their is no service if you call them on a weekend like today they will tell you we're fully booked. So if you go there what will they say ? If you're booked out that means go somewhere else right? So much for the Labor MP for suggesting this place to us your health doesn't matter any more.
