I walked in today for my first appointment in this clinic. Right away I was met with friendliness and professionalism. I forgot my medicare card and they helped me find out where it was. And the GP I saw was professional and helpful! Looking forward to making this my go to GP spot ^^
Reception was busy but staff were pleasant. I did ask if I would have to wait long for my appointment and was told "yes about 30 minutes". I waited 40 plus minutes which was a bit nerve wracking as I had another appointment to get to. When Dr Singh called me in he didn't acknowledge my wait which I found rude and arrogant. So I said something about a long wait. He responded loudly and emphatically that he wasn't going to say anything about my waiting and had a bit of a tirade about it, very loud and it felt aggressive. Excellent service. I booked a day ahead. My mother received a thorough check up after tumbling in the garden the week before. Straight to x-ray and a Tele-consult follow up. All staff were very pleasant.
Extremely friendly and quick reception staff, extremely kind, friendly doctors who actually listen and want to help, low wait times when I've booked appointments, no issues whatsoever with my health care card. Even the treatment room and nurses are super lovely and kind, and so is the pathology area. Very, very lovely place, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. One of the best I've ever been to and I'm very grateful.
Whilst I saw a doctor relatively quickly, the service at the front counter is abysmal. Up to three people are seated there and work on their computers without even looking up. Eventually one blonde woman was polite enough to take details. I only went there because I needed a scan and all facilities are located within. As it so happened, the imaging reception was no better and I had to go elsewhere regardless.
