Had my first visit with my new GP. He actually listened which is good. Doing lots of tests before giving me unneeded medications. X-ray and US coming. The Nurse that attended my ECG and bloods was great. Very polite. The receptionist at the main desk was lovely. Also very polite. Thanks to all.
Terrible!! Our Dr spent less than 6 mins with us. He didn’t even bother to check my 5yr for a temperature let alone look in her ears or throat. Her whole body is covered in a rash / welts. The best he could tell me was it could be something viral. It wasn’t until I asked further questions that he provided me with a script for a steroid and sent us on our way. Even then I don’t know why a steroid?! I had better service from the healthcare direct phone number.. we will be seeking a second opinion!
Got the last booking for the next day, Dr Hsu was available on time, very professional and prescribed antibiotics and explained what each tablet was for, checked temperature, listened to chest and took oxygen levels. Didn't get charged, very good experience. Reccommend.
I presented at Marion Domain Medical Centre but sadly my Doctor was unavailable but I was able to obtain an appointment within 2hrs. My Doctor was very courteous and extremely professional as was the Reception Staff. Many thanks for the very pleasant experience.
