Before seeing Dr John Cruickshank, I visited another doctor who wanted to send me off for ultrasounds and further investigations to deal with what turned out to be a splinter. Made an online booking with my Doctor yesterday afternoon for today. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and was in straight away. Great Dr and the reason I return here. Bulk billed Medicare with your card so no extra gap to pay. I was out the door 5 minutes after my appointment time, due to the earlier start. Easy parking as well. Best medical experience to date.
Went to AE department for glass in my foot. Had a lovely receptionist who managed all the patients fairly and attentively. I saw a nurse (can’t remember her name) and Dr. Rana Aljanabi, who got the glass out quickly despite my nerves. Would 100% recommend, they were amazing!
