Not a long waiting time. Every other doctors office I’ve been to is at least half an hour, if not more, behind. The only issue is that they didn’t communicate with each other (woman I spoke to on the phone booked me with a doctor who when I got there, was apparently not taking new patients) so it took slightly longer to get me checked in but the issue was solved pretty instantly.
Sister booked an appointment to have a pregnancy glucose test done. Showed up at appointment time, to be told by receptionist to take a number and wait. There were at least 15 people ahead of us, my sister had been fasting and was feeling flat as it was and we wondered if we would have to wait this long between her blood tests (which should only be an hour between tests) what was the point of booking an appointment if we had to wait like everyone else? I needed a new referral for a 12 month check up with a specialist. I was told that my doctor wanted to see me to make the referral and then told that I could not have an appointment with them before requiring the referral (there was over 5 weeks before seeing the specialist). I had to make an appointment with another doctor when I did not need to see anyone to get the referral. The doctor was cold and aloof as I have not met them before. Dr gul is very good doctor. I suffer from severe mental health. To summon up, he’s a beautiful person and doctor. thank you very much. I finally find good family doctor I would recommend him to everybody
I had a very disappointing experience at this medical center. This old Indian heritage Lady who was sitting front desk was unhelpful and seemed disorganised, which led to long wait times. I was told there is a waiting list approximately 1& half hour I had waited for 2 hours and I went back to her and asked her how much longer am I going to wait?
