I purchased a jacket on sale, only to see it reduced by a further $500 within 24 hours. I spent two weeks in back-and-forth emails with their customer service team, trying to get the difference refunded. In the end, I was told—essentially—that it was just bad luck. They will not assist you in-store; all issues must go through their customer care team, which has proven to be a slow and disappointing process. The service at Marais on Bourke St is top-notch. Ray helped me find the perfect sunglasses, but the outstanding experience really began with the lady who first assisted me and Gabby, who expertly handled the stock transfer from the warehouse. Their teamwork is what makes this store so great. If you're ever at Marais, be sure to ask for Ray! He's fantastic. They have a great selection of branded bags, sunglasses, and accessories, so you'll be sure to find something you love.
Extremely disappointing shopping experience. The website promised dispatch within 1-2 day, and I specifically purchased the item as a Mother’s Day gift. Days passed with no shipping updates. I had to reach out myself, and only after 2 days did I receive a reply saying the item was out of stock. Even worse, they asked me if I wanted a refund — shouldn’t that be automatic? Poor communication, no accountability, and a total lack of customer care. I will never shop here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Great range of archive pieces at great prices. Staff are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.
