Extremely disappointing shopping experience. The website promised dispatch within 1-2 day, and I specifically purchased the item as a Mother’s Day gift. Days passed with no shipping updates. I had to reach out myself, and only after 2 days did I receive a reply saying the item was out of stock. Even worse, they asked me if I wanted a refund — shouldn’t that be automatic? Poor communication, no accountability, and a total lack of customer care. I will never shop here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Really happy with the great customer service from Ray!!! So nice and knowledgeable about fashion, and had a fun time shopping in store. Even helpful about stock in other Marais stores too! Will defs be back :)
