Some girls started talking to me late at night, raving about how good the shop MARAIS was across the road from Florentino, so next day I went to the shop & browsed. I purchased a jacket on sale, only to see it reduced by a further $500 within 24 hours. I spent two weeks in back-and-forth emails with their customer service team, trying to get the difference refunded. In the end, I was told—essentially—that it was just bad luck. They will not assist you in-store; all issues must go through their customer care team, which has proven to be a slow and disappointing process. Very rude staff that look at your up and down like you have no money. I was willing to go in and have a look around, but was refused service and had to call up to make an appt. There are plenty of lovely other high quality brands out there with nicer staff, so spent your money elsewhere and you will be more happy.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with such dishonest business practices. I placed an order for 3 items (Order No. 124513), but only received 2. When I called, they told me to “wait a few more days.” I patiently waited, only to later receive an email saying the remaining item was out of stock. Instead of apologizing and issuing a refund, they pushed me to choose from a list of more expensive products and then demanded I pay an outrageous price difference.
