This agency is Uncaring and Incompetent. Nine different property agents were assigned to my property over the duration of my four year tenancy, due to staff turnover. This points to the poor quality of the agency’s business. The property had many issues, and the Rental agency was notified of these on multiple occasions in writing. Sandy was very helpful in setting up our house by attending to any deficiencies prior to the sale. Subsequently during the sale process he constantly kept us in the loop. His persistence paid off eventually for us to get a sale.
Great experience - Highly Recommend. Alex was so helpful and made the usual daunting process of buying a house very easy. Alex has great knowledge of the area as we saw him at a number of houses we were inspecting and was easily able to answer any questions we had. When we finally bought a house, Alex helped us step by step through the process and really made us feel comfortable. Very happy to work with Alex and hope to work with him again in the future, will happily recommend him to anyone.
We first met Alex at an open home for a property that we didn't end up purchasing, upon meeting him we noticed that was genuinely friendly and respectful to everyone he met.
