I'm one of those who doesn't like Dentists. When you walk in you are greeted by the Receptionists who arrested very friendly and helpful. The Dentist I saw was amazing. He explained what he needed to do but left the final decision up to me. He made me feel comfortable and was as gentle as possible. The day after treatment the receptionist rings you to make sure you aren't in too much pain and that everything was ok. Fabulous Practice.
Very unhappy 😖 appointment times are ment to be for a reason so I can plan my time ahead. Dr Dedprosad Bairagi was running 30 minute late with his appointments without explanation. Making me late to my next appointmenta and making me look bad. When I questioned it Dr Bairagi said that he "was with another patient and I will have to wait or find another doctor" . Welcomed every time very politely from the Ladies at front desk, was seen by Dr on time. Had some paperwork that needed to be copied to go into my File, which the lady at front desk did for me . I've been going here for years now and always very happy with my visits.
Utterly, useless. Genuinely the most abysmal practice. If I never return here, it’ll be too soon. There has not been a SINGLE appointment to the GP where I have been seen on time. Wait times of upwards of an hour, every, single, TIME. So much so, it’s gotten to the point where I was impelled to call this morning before my appointment to see if they were once again running an hour behind, to where I was gaslit with the following sentence “he (my GP) doesn’t run an hour behind.. but he is running 10 minutes behind today.” s... read more
Quite disappointed they have cancelled my appointments numerous times without contacting me to discuss matters and my appointments are scheduled by a specialist. One receptionist was rude enough and tries to deny I had booked an appointment. So much for Hot Doc! They should be contacting you reasons regarding the appt, we don't sit around all day waiting for them to approve or not until I check Hot Doc it's too late!
