Absolutely appalling Service. Will never visit again. Front desk staff is rude. Plus all they want is for you to constantly pay for visits. They do not do follow up calls or anything you have to make an appointment and pay again. Oh and don't turn if you have a cough they wont even look at you. No wonder the hospitals cannot keep up, with local doctors doctors acting like this.
I will start by saying that the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr D Bairagi... I made an appointment on Wednesday to see the Dr. I waited for 45 minutes before I went to reception and I was told that I had been marked as "seen" and he had gone to a meeting. I felt I would give the surgery another chance as it's close by to where I live. I begrudgingly rescheduled... I have just waited again for another hour, an hour and 10 minutes because I was early... Hi thank you to your wonderful team at the centre my visit was made very pleasant by counter staff , and nurse Chloe who was very caring and professional. DR POTTER was also a very easy person to talk to and showed great concern for me as a patient .
Bit disappointing when your husband goes in with severe ear ache and swollen cheek. Doctor looked in ear and that was it no blood pressure checks no throat checks no temperature checks no questions husband had to ask for something to help ear infection . Pay big price for not even 5 minutes ☹️
Didn’t even get to the place as extremely poor directions. The address provided when put into maps takes you to the top of main street. Parked there and proceeded to have to walk up and down for ten minutes on a broken foot with a toddler- with no luck, even after asking the surrounding storefronts. Finally called up to be told they are next to mitre 10. You know what else is right next to mitre10? Another doctors surgery with massive signs directing you into the shopping centre.
