Utterly, useless. Genuinely the most abysmal practice. If I never return here, it’ll be too soon. There has not been a SINGLE appointment to the GP where I have been seen on time. Wait times of upwards of an hour, every, single, TIME. So much so, it’s gotten to the point where I was impelled to call this morning before my appointment to see if they were once again running an hour behind, to where I was gaslit with the following sentence “he (my GP) doesn’t run an hour behind.. but he is running 10 minutes behind today.” s... read more
Dr Donald Hanson is a very knowledgeable and a very caring GP. The fact the he was born in the same Scottish city that I was, has absolutely no baring on my comments!!!!!😊 Your front office staff are delightful and helpful, but are sometimes overwhelmed by the sheer number of patients that require their attention. Overall I am very impressed by your medical centre, and hence I am unable to suggest any way that you can improve. 👍
Dr Muhammad is an excellent physician & I trust my health in his hands. Dr Emma is also a great GP, she actually listens and cares. All other GP’s I saw there were very rude, blunt & did not care.
Quite disappointed they have cancelled my appointments numerous times without contacting me to discuss matters and my appointments are scheduled by a specialist. One receptionist was rude enough and tries to deny I had booked an appointment. So much for Hot Doc! They should be contacting you reasons regarding the appt, we don't sit around all day waiting for them to approve or not until I check Hot Doc it's too late!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr Podder and the team at Main Street Dental and Medical were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. Dr Podder explained everything clearly, took the time to check in throughout, and made the whole experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for thorough and professional medical care in a clean, well-run environment
