I will start by saying that the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr D Bairagi... I made an appointment on Wednesday to see the Dr. I waited for 45 minutes before I went to reception and I was told that I had been marked as "seen" and he had gone to a meeting. I felt I would give the surgery another chance as it's close by to where I live. I begrudgingly rescheduled... I have just waited again for another hour, an hour and 10 minutes because I was early... Doctor helped with my ear infection but refused to do my mental health plan. Said I had to choose between one or the other because of other patients. I really needed someone that day and y'all failed me. I understand we have a schedule but I have had to wait longer because of others needing help so why couldn't they take an extra few minutes to sort out a psychologist for me???? I generally don't want to address my mental health with you guys ever again.
Took my daughter to see Dr D Hanson. He was great with my daughter. He Listen to everything she had to say and took the time to explain everything to her. Would definitely recommend Dr Hanson to anyone looking for a family doctor. 👍👍.
The staff were very professional and helpful in helping me get more prescribed medication as mine ran out. We were on holiday from New Zealand and didn't know quite what to do, however my niece recommended you. I am extremely grateful for you professional assistance in my time of need. Take care, Terry
I attended this clinic with my father, a 79yr old Samoan male. We met with Dr Changwai. It was amazing to see the change in dad to be able to converse about his health matters in the Samoan language and to get a good grasp and understanding of the medications he was (or was not) previously given, his health conditions and his light bulb moments. I put it down to language, Dr Changwai reading dad’s responses and follow up questions. I’m so glad dad has a new GP, she’s amazing!!!
