Dr Emma is an amazing doctor who goes out of her way for you and is a very thorough doctor. She explains everything to you and makes you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Don't bother booking an appointment with doctor PODDER, he doesn't stick to them. We took a sick baby to him and 45 minutes after our appointment time and seeing people be called in who arrived after us and with app times after ours go in to see him, it shows where his priorities are. Even the receptionist said he does things out of order. He's not even a good doctor. Highly recommend avoiding him unless you are desperate and no one else is available.
The receptionist was very caring and helpful when I phoned for an appointment as a new patient. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious. The doctor was pleasant and gave me the assistance I needed. There is a chemist on the premises so I was able to get my scripts filled even though it was after 5pm on Anzac day
Reception are wonderful and caring group of people. Doing what they can to accommodate my tight time schedules. Dr. Amjid Muhammed is by far the one of best doctors I've had. Very relatable and understanding. Puts things into terms I can understand (words with fewer syllables) or uses images to demonstrate and highlight why I need to take better care of myself. He has a great sense of humour on top of that. A genuine people person and top bloke.
Wow! A profoundly pathetic excuse for patient care. Hall of Fame woeful service. I tried to book an appointment online and the system said I need to call in order to make an appointment as a new patient. I did so. Explained the situation and they said that’s ok and it’s standard procedure. I tell them I’d like to see Dr. P O D D E R. They confirm that’s not a problem.
