Alex Hurst is an outstanding physiotherapist! You can tell he truly cares for his patients and their recovery process. He provides a comprehensive approach; providing massage therapy, stretching, manipulation and take home exercises. If he doesn't know something, he will take it on board, do the research and try to find a solution. I went in with a pinched nerve in my ribs, that was heavily impacting my ability to work. I left the clinic feeling much better and within a couple of days, the pain was completely gone.
If you’re looking for a top-tier physio, look no further than Alex. The level of care here is outstanding and he makes you feel comfortable from day one. It’s rare to find a physiotherapist so dedicated to his patients' progress. Highly recommended!
Wow I was blown away by the Friendly and highly efficient staff and attentiveness and caring doctor. Be prepared to wait a little bit longer because the doctors do not rush you. It is truly a breath of fresh air in the bulk billing environment to be treated with kindness and compassion not just as a number. Thankyou to all the staff and doctors. 6 stars for me. 😎👍
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I went in to get a basic f3712 form filled in, which is a basic Dept transport form that ALL commercial drivers need and is a basic eye check. The doctor first told me she had never seen the form. And in 15 years had never seen one. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I would have to do other forms and other full medical and pay for it. I'm one of those who doesn't like Dentists. When you walk in you are greeted by the Receptionists who arrested very friendly and helpful. The Dentist I saw was amazing. He explained what he needed to do but left the final decision up to me. He made me feel comfortable and was as gentle as possible. The day after treatment the receptionist rings you to make sure you aren't in too much pain and that everything was ok. Fabulous Practice.
