Kaydee seems to be on the ball but I would not recommend buying with Damon. We put an offer on a house about two months ago and heard almost nothing. Today, after weeks of us calling and emailing to try and find out what is happening we find out that someone else had put an offer in just before we did and so they seller has gone with them. Which in itself is fine, just would have been nice to have any communication about the situation.
