Exceptional service . Magma installed a solar system very promptly. Communication was excellent and they made the process very easy. Even completing my paper work! I particularly appreciated how well everything was explained and I felt confident that Matt and the team could deliver a great set up. I would really recommend using a local company to set up your solar and can't recommend the team at Magma highly enough.
From my first contact with Magma I felt comfortable. Matt understood what I hoped to achieve from our solar installation. He and his staff delivered exactly that. All the people I dealt with were polite and friendly and listened to what I wanted. The price was better than just competitive and the installation is A1. I had a fantastic experience getting a solar system from Magma Electrical. Matt was the only person out of all installers who had sufficient experience and customer focus to help me get the best solution for my place. We recently purchased a 6.6 kW Solar PV system and 10 kW storage battery from Magma Electrical. Matt and his team provided great service from start to finish. Their knowledge, responsiveness and attention to detail was terrific and their customer service, second to none (yes you Tay!). Their overall workmanship plus the additional installation of a new Induction Cooktop was brilliant. Will definitely use them again for any general electrical work. Overall a great experience; Highly recommended.
