Great and fast communication, came the day after I called and updated me on arrival ETA. Explained the process really well, very friendly and professional. Got rid of the ants in our house straight away. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
Being new to the area and wanting a pest control service we saw two Mad Ant vehicles pass by our place and decided to give them a call. We were impressed by a prompt and courteous reply from Jay. After accepting the quote a date was organised prior to Christmas. However we had to change the date due to our renovation not being completed as planned. Highly recommend Mad Ant, from enquiring to booking through to the treatment of my house the communication and customer service was amazing and super efficient. Jay attended my property and was so polite and very helpful and knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer questions I had. Jay also took care of a large wasp nest that had formed and talked me through next steps as well to preventing them.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble to explain the process. Would highly recommend.
