Very unprofessional services. I have paid invoice as soon as I received it. They failed to keep the promise within limited times. Had a bad experience dealing with all the staff there, including Jarod who flirted with me on the phone and sms and made inappropriate jokes and etc. I requested full refund. I have been waiting for my refund for one and an half months. No refund. On the phone I was told that refund will be processed within 21 days. Never got my money back. They have stolen my money , has not provided any service... read more

I have engaged Local Valuers multiple times and highly recommend their services. Their valuations are accurate and on point. They are very fast to inspect the properties and their reports are also turned around quickly. Always very helpful with my questions and the service is great. Will use them again when the need arises and tell family and friends to use them too!
