Booked a penthouse suite for a very special weekend for a very special kid who has been through so much: exclusive ocean view penthouse on Marine Parade , Kingscliff. Paid in full through hotels.com. I was ripped off in Taxes and fees ( $331.27 taxes and fees on $1144). My booking was guaranteed and there was a no cancellation policy. However LJ Hooker cancelled my booking, so unprofessional. Same as Renee, We had many broken items in the house and no effort from the rental office manager to get them fix. We had water infiltrations as well as ants problem in the house, Tv, DVD, Macro-waves, Lamp. Nothing as been fix during our stay (one month) We been told to have a 50% discount on renting the place, but we were renting for a full month.
