No BS. Great communication . From the start Matt was straight up in setting our expectations. Weekly reports and calls and very professional. The Auction itself was flawless and the sale price was above expectations. Much better than over inflated promises from agents that don’t deliver. Would be happy to recommend Matt to anyone.
