I had a great experience at the room showing. Lisa was really friendly and showed me everything I needed to know, including the house rules, where everything is, the rent, and all the details. The whole process was quick, easy, and she explained the paperwork very clearly. This is my second apartment in Australia, and I really like how tidy and quiet it is. The property manager I had appointed to us- Natalie was extremely reliable and was very quick to respond if any questions arose. Natalie made it extremely easy to be a renter, compared to other agency’s I had dealt with. I did not feel pestered and still treated like it was my own space.
