It was the first time I’ve employed a property manager, Kate spoke very highly of the company and herself to build trust. This didn’t last long as rubbish was left in the property after settlement, that I had to clear out 3 weeks after settlement as the kept denying it was up to them (even though she verbally committed to having it removed 5 days prior to settlement).
