I am extremely disappointed with the way this property management company has handled our tenancy. I am from Morto's Earthworks & Tank Cleaning in the Lockyer Valley. We were engaged by Living Property Management to attend a property urgently, clean 2 x tanks, empty them and supply 2 x loads of water. We got this completed within 24 hours. We since have had to wait 42 days to be paid, only for them to completely ignore the late fees that were incurred. Here's my nightmare real estate experience with Carla. The most concerning issue occurred during the exit inspection.
