I’ve been into Living Ponds Welshpool a few times now and wanted to call out both Geoff and Darian. Geoff clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pond setups, pumps and filtration systems. He has helped me work through what I actually need rather than just selling me random gear. Darian cops a bit of flak in some reviews for being blunt, but I actually rate him. I called multiple times and no one can be bothered to answer the phone so I drove all the way there from north of the river to find out they didn’t even have what I needed. When we walked in there were 0 customers so no idea why they can’t answer the phone and the staff were too rude to greet us or ask if we needed help and when we asked for help they were very judgmental.
The team at Living Ponds have a fantastic range from pumps, filters, lighting, pond vacuums. They also have great knowledge and willing to answer any questions you have for them
Visited Living Ponds today and had the pleasure of meeting Darian. A fantastic experience where I felt like a valued customer and the product and koi purchased was great. As an avid koi owner who purchases fish and product frequently I appreciated the honest and direct feedback. Darian spent quite a bit of time giving me valuable tips and advice for my koi pond and I was extremely thankful for his time and knowledge. I will be back and this will be my go to koi destination.
