I’ve been into Living Ponds Welshpool a few times now and wanted to call out both Geoff and Darian. Geoff clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pond setups, pumps and filtration systems. He has helped me work through what I actually need rather than just selling me random gear. Darian cops a bit of flak in some reviews for being blunt, but I actually rate him. Visited Living Ponds today and had the pleasure of meeting Darian. A fantastic experience where I felt like a valued customer and the product and koi purchased was great. As an avid koi owner who purchases fish and product frequently I appreciated the honest and direct feedback. Darian spent quite a bit of time giving me valuable tips and advice for my koi pond and I was extremely thankful for his time and knowledge. I will be back and this will be my go to koi destination.

Darian of Living Ponds is such a consummate professional amd his dedication to his work and the business is an inspiration. We have used Living Ponds for several years and every time they’ve not only fixed what others could not - but also gone out on a limb several times to make sure everything works beautifully.
