Our village pond was in poor condition and the service we received by Darian at Living Ponds, was top notch!! Excellent communication, reliable & friendly service. Darian did a fantastic job and our village pond is now looking crystal clear. Highly recommend. 5 STAR! Thank you :-)
Living Ponds are the best in the business. I bought water test kits from them and they guided me on exactly which formulas to use to get my pond back to healthy levels. What really impressed me is their honesty — they even pointed me to a cheaper product because it was better quality. That kind of advice shows they actually care about the fish and their customers, not just making a sale. Thanks to them, my pond and fish are doing well.
Had issues with my filtration pump, Geoff fixed the problem right away, free of charge and couldn't help me enough, along with Florence. It's very rare to get that type of service these days. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Vic
This would have to be one of teh best places in Perth for all your pond needs , with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is my go to place for all pond equipment and knowledge when needed
Fantastic service and great products! Geoff is very knowledgeable, and Florence was very helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back when we are ready to start our pond.
