I’ve been into Living Ponds Welshpool a few times now and wanted to call out both Geoff and Darian. Geoff clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pond setups, pumps and filtration systems. He has helped me work through what I actually need rather than just selling me random gear. Darian cops a bit of flak in some reviews for being blunt, but I actually rate him. Visited Living Ponds today and had the pleasure of meeting Darian. A fantastic experience where I felt like a valued customer and the product and koi purchased was great. As an avid koi owner who purchases fish and product frequently I appreciated the honest and direct feedback. Darian spent quite a bit of time giving me valuable tips and advice for my koi pond and I was extremely thankful for his time and knowledge. I will be back and this will be my go to koi destination.
Our village pond was in poor condition and the service we received by Darian at Living Ponds, was top notch!! Excellent communication, reliable & friendly service. Darian did a fantastic job and our village pond is now looking crystal clear. Highly recommend. 5 STAR! Thank you :-)
Living Ponds are the best in the business. I bought water test kits from them and they guided me on exactly which formulas to use to get my pond back to healthy levels. What really impressed me is their honesty — they even pointed me to a cheaper product because it was better quality. That kind of advice shows they actually care about the fish and their customers, not just making a sale. Thanks to them, my pond and fish are doing well.
Had issues with my filtration pump, Geoff fixed the problem right away, free of charge and couldn't help me enough, along with Florence. It's very rare to get that type of service these days. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Vic
