LM Property Newcastle were fantastic to deal with. Managed by Vanessa who was ever professional and responsive, whilst Lilly my agent was always cheerful to contact and proactive with any correspondence I sent her way, to this day I do not know how she deciphered some of my ramblings.... :) I felt respected throughout my tenancy, with no hassles over the bond, which incidently was returned within a week. Truly one of the good Newcastle agencies that value tenants. Thankyou Ladies.

We have had our property with Lisa Macklin for about 8years. They are the best as we live in Cairns they handle our house like it was theirs. Maddie does an excellent job and keeps us up to date. We only get back to Newcastle every 3 years and have never had an issue when we have done our house inspections. Highly recommend this realeaste and all the excellent staff that work there. Highly recommend Lisa Maclin property for property management, I have nothing but all positive experience with the team, i attended routine inspections for our properties with Maddie in the past and recently with Makayla, I was surprised to see them solving few issues then and there at inspections without the need to call a handyman for later. They are very prompt and always on the top of sorting issues for tenants. You have an amazing team LM property!!
Nat helped me and my husband settle on a property and she was so wonderful to work with. We spent 5 months looking for a house and talked/dealt with a lot of agents. Nat by far was the most outstanding agent we worked with due to her prompt and honest communication and friendly kind nature.
