LM Property Newcastle were fantastic to deal with. Managed by Vanessa who was ever professional and responsive, whilst Lilly my agent was always cheerful to contact and proactive with any correspondence I sent her way, to this day I do not know how she deciphered some of my ramblings.... :) I felt respected throughout my tenancy, with no hassles over the bond, which incidently was returned within a week. Truly one of the good Newcastle agencies that value tenants. Thankyou Ladies.

We have had our property with Lisa Macklin for about 8years. They are the best as we live in Cairns they handle our house like it was theirs. Maddie does an excellent job and keeps us up to date. We only get back to Newcastle every 3 years and have never had an issue when we have done our house inspections. Highly recommend this realeaste and all the excellent staff that work there. Lisa and Jenny lived up to the expectations they set during our meeting prior to selecting them as our agent. What more can you ask? Well a little bit of social work as aspects of the sale became stressful. Excellent communication that set the real situation, not the easy or nuanced option. Always quick to return calls, welcoming of walk ins to their office. Lisa and Jenny sold our home for the price we expected and the timeframe we needed. Recommended.
