I have recently moved out of a property after 5 years with the majority of this time under Crawford Real Estate. If my circumstances didn’t change I would have loved to stay under the management of LM Property. They treated me with the utmost respect and consideration with assisting my move whilst also reletting the property. LM Property Newcastle were fantastic to deal with. Managed by Vanessa who was ever professional and responsive, whilst Lilly my agent was always cheerful to contact and proactive with any correspondence I sent her way, to this day I do not know how she deciphered some of my ramblings.... :) I felt respected throughout my tenancy, with no hassles over the bond, which incidently was returned within a week. Truly one of the good Newcastle agencies that value tenants. Thankyou Ladies.
What a great team at Lisa Macklin Property! I’ll say that I am set for life when it comes to property. Christina and Harry are absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Their communication was always clear and timely, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly Recommended!!
We are renting with Lisa Macklin for about 9 months now and it has been wonderful. The team here are absolutely kind and very lovely. All communications have been on point and very formal and we have never had any issues. I would highly recommend their service as they are an amazing provider!
Mediocre agency at best, we rented through LM prior to being with Robert Crawford. Vanessa was dismissive regarding the owner saying we could rectify dust and and some marks then the owner picked up the keys and it flipped to “We will invoice you for a cleaner, less than 24 hours later. I’m aware that things are up to the owners but it’s incredibly inconsiderate. Hopefully other renters have a better experience but this whole situation has put a sour taste in my mouth.
