We run a private equity firm, thus we are a real buyer for these types of businesses. Link are the least professional in the market and won't even answer a few basic, non-proprietary questions, for us to consider a deal that they reached out to us about!! The sad thing about amateur brokers like these guys is that their clients miss out on selling their business all together because the SME market is so illiquid and brokers like Link deter qualified buyers away in their own self interest over their clients interest.
