You couldn’t ask for better service and customer care. My lamp was not in stock when I ordered it but I was immediately contacted and told what the approx wait time would be. There was also a slight error in the product description on the website. Though the error was minor, I was personally contacted to see if I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. Light Spot is 6 out of 5 stars. They are amazing! We went to see them after we have been to the other light shop that is always on TV as we were not happy with their service. We felt the other shop did not listen to what we wanted. We went to Light Spot and received a completely different experience- Michelle just listened to what we were after, provided some recommendations and if none suited she quickly went to look through other options online. The price-match policy is very disappointing. The store advertises that they do price matching, and initially they say they will honour it, but later it becomes a big hassle and treating me differently because I did a price match as if price matching is a burden. If price matching is advertised, it should be straightforward and honoured without making customers feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable.
