Staff were so helpful and friendly. I found the perfect table lamp after exhausting every other lighting shop I could think of. The staff helped me customise the lamp base I loved with a different shade to complete the style I was looking for.

You couldn’t ask for better service and customer care. My lamp was not in stock when I ordered it but I was immediately contacted and told what the approx wait time would be. There was also a slight error in the product description on the website. Though the error was minor, I was personally contacted to see if I still wanted to proceed with the purchase. The price-match policy is very disappointing. The store advertises that they do price matching, and initially they say they will honour it, but later it becomes a big hassle and treating me differently because I did a price match as if price matching is a burden. If price matching is advertised, it should be straightforward and honoured without making customers feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable.
