I was sold a faulty light fitting. When i came in for a refund, i was told "that my electrician could have connected half the light, i should have called them about the faulty lower half and they would have replaced that part of it. So then, after the electrician is gone, i (63 year old single female (broke my leg 3 months ago)) could get on the ladder to connect/screw the other half of the new light fitting". It’s not often that people give good reviews but I can’t believe the incredible service that I received from the girls at this store . In particular, Abbey and Michelle but there was another lady who was also just as helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. They worked through the Xmas period during holiday time and still kept me in the loop. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thai you ladies Your efforts were greatly appreciated. Best service ever 👍
Don’t go near this place. Today we arrived at 3.55 not knowing they closed at 4. My wife went in and I parked the car, on arriving at the door it was locked, the owner was serving a customer he made no effort to unlock the door, eventually the customer left and he had to open the door, I said my wife is inside can I go in, answer NO, he said we’re closed she’s Asian probably walk around and spend no money !
