We had a full set of curtains installed for two apartments. Our apartment, located in Edgecliff, NSW, was built in 1930. We had installed double glazed windows however did not organise our curtains. We obtained a lot of quotes from different services and chose to enlist Karen to assist us. Karen was professional and helped us with the whole process. Karen change installation date twice, curtains were installed with one month later from what we disscussed in the beging. She didn't inform me about this in advance, only when installation time came and I called her to find out the details. Sometimes it took her up to one week to answer my call, SMS and email. Karen explained that delay were caused by problems with supplies, flaw in the the product, and that she had bigger orders to complete.
