Have had great experiences with the BSPs. In QLD one of the BSPs has gone above and beyond for participants and we are so grateful for her approach and ability to communicate effectively and set expectations/timeframes for delivery. I also, just met another BSP in Tasmania supporting us with a participant that moved interstate today.
