I experienced such immediate, professional and gentle emergency care for a wound on my eye today. I already feel better thanks to Dr Ken and the team!
i got my eyes tested by dennis. he made sure i was comfortable and that i understood what he was going to do. his explanations were amazing and i understood everything that was going on. i would recommend him to anyone who’s nervous or new!!
Saw Dennis for my son. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional caring and established a rappot with both my 10y olds. Took the extra time to help us. Extremely happy with his care. I have seen Ken Thomas in the past - an experienced optometrist - highly recommend him as well. The girls at the front are as always very helpful.
Was able to be seen promptly for an emergency situation, reception and Lanka were excellent 👍
Been to L&F eyecare warragul twice since june and had 2 professional optometrists one being Lanka who assured me my eyes were fine and other Dennis who again assured i had nothing to worry about.I cannot highly recommend this practice enough the operate out of their hearts thank you team L&F Warragul you are amazing...
