Ken was amazing at dealing with my terribly sore eye today! I woke up in pain and something was stuck under the eyelid I couldn’t flush out. He squeezed me in when he was fully booked and dealt with my eye with care and promptly which was so appreciated when in that much pain! Couldn’t recommend them enough for that kind of empathy.
i got my eyes tested by dennis. he made sure i was comfortable and that i understood what he was going to do. his explanations were amazing and i understood everything that was going on. i would recommend him to anyone who’s nervous or new!!
I experienced such immediate, professional and gentle emergency care for a wound on my eye today. I already feel better thanks to Dr Ken and the team!
Saw Dennis for my son. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional caring and established a rappot with both my 10y olds. Took the extra time to help us. Extremely happy with his care. I have seen Ken Thomas in the past - an experienced optometrist - highly recommend him as well. The girls at the front are as always very helpful.
Was able to be seen promptly for an emergency situation, reception and Lanka were excellent 👍
