We dealt with Will during unfortunate circumstances, we had struck a water pipe below concrete on Saturday evening. Level Up Plumbing Services responded and better yet agreed to save the day with no convincing. From the time we called to everything being re-instated was only about 3 hours. We have had excellent service from William and his company Level Up Plumbing Services. Their work in various areas of our home was extensive and was completed with a high degree of professionalism. William has always been helpful, friendly, punctual and extremely trustworthy. His pricing is honest and fair. He uses quality materials and hardware items , and has the latest available technology and training. Very importantly,he makes sure the worksite is immaculate before he leaves. We rang will from level up late on a Saturday night, my dads toilet blocked up and exploded out the back, we weren’t able to get anyone come out as it was 7pm on a Saturday, that was till we spoke to will he came straight away. Within 20 minutes, promptly fixed the issue and explained why it happened and was really informative polite and reasonably priced . I would definitely recommend level up and use again.
