Fantastic staff - front desk lady (Sarah I think) was so professional and caring, had a million people asking her silly questions but still took the time to understand our issue and provide us with top quality service and support. Well done team. Was seen on time and the doctor was polite and very supportive. Again back to front desk where I was processed very quickly and on my way - a million thanks to all and especially the lady(s) at reception for their hard work.
Dr Jessica Murphy is exceptional. I always am very grateful with her caring and thorough work. She will kindly walk through all the information about the tests/diagnosis when I visit, and always takes care to follow-up. Thank you!
Similarly to a lot of reviews here, the doctors are great, but the practice is run so poorly. I’ve always had to wait more than 45 mins despite making an appointment. For a practise that doesn’t bulk bill and puts you $50 out of pocket, I’d really expect it to run a little more on time.
While most of the doctors are experienced and diligent the overall practice management is terrible. They run an appointment system but you are NEVER seen on time, even if you get the first appointment of the day. Expect long delays and wait times of at least an hour, which in my view is unreasonable if you have an appointment time. I just spent 15 minutes on call wait and then my call dropped out. The recorded messages just try and point you to go on the Medical Centle app and do your requests online but I need to speak to someone as my query is not in their app online. There must be a better way to be able to speak to someone regarding a question for my Doctor instead of wasting my time and his time if its something simple.
