What an awesome experience I had with the receptionists, Allan the physiotherapist, the nurse who was referred to me by Doctor Lindall , who was absolutely kind and caring. I was and am specially pleased with the medical experience and the health service I was provided by Doctor Lindall. This incident occurred last year. I called ahead to confirm whether Dr. Ginnane was available to see me (because I know he accepts walk-ins) as he had previously treated me. The staff member I spoke with confirmed that he was in and advised me to come to the clinic. However, upon arrival and check-in, I was informed by the same receptionist I spoke on the phone (I recognised the voice) that Dr. Ginnane was only seeing his regular patients. Practice has good facilities and doctors are okay but receptionists are extremely unhelpful, in person and over the phone. I've never experienced receptionists to offer such bad service, they know very minimal information about how the practice operates and are unorganised. I don't think they have even had medical receptionist training, they are so disjointed from the doctors and lack so much knowledge about their own standard procedures. Excellent staff at reception and doctors. Dr.Kavita has been treating me for years and has been the best doctor ever-always putting my health needs at her forefront and giving the most helpful and well informed medical advice. Definitely recommend.
I love Dr Vinchenzo! I feel like she's the first doctor that actually listens and cares about me as an individual. Even though she's always so busy, she makes a point of checking in with me and connecting at a personal level too. She's always very professional and communicates clearly so I understand everything. The staff are always very friendly and professional. The nurses are always so lovely too. Highly recommend this practice.
