I visited Dr. Kyaw Kyaw Oo for a persistent cough after other doctors dismissed it as nothing. Unlike them, he took my concerns seriously, thoroughly investigated the issue, and ordered blood tests and X-rays to get to the root of the problem. His genuine care and attention made all the difference. I’ll definitely be returning to him.

I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this facility. They have a troubling practice of exorbitant pricing; they quote you a fee upfront, but if your visit takes even a couple of minutes longer than expected, they tack on additional charges without any valid justification. The reception staff is also far from helpful—when you ask questions, they dismiss you and suggest you "Google it," which comes across as extremely impolite and unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

The Dr that I see at this clinic is excellent, very easy to book an appointment using the ‘hot doc’ app. However, if you need to actually speak to reception then prepare for your call never to be answered. I was on hold for an hour and then gave up. Really disappointing given that the Dr’s are very good.

Dr Jessica Murphy is the kindest and most helpful doctor. My kids, my husband and I have been going to her for a few years now and we all love her!

I have been trying to call the clinic for 2 days, each time waiting on hold for more than 25 minutes with no answer, I end up having to give up and try again and the same happens. There is also an older male doctor who is incredibly rude, barely raises his voice to call your name and then just walks away. I asked reception if my name was called within a moment of thinking I vaguely heard it, and they called him to check and he’d already moved on to the next patient.
