They were running late and were nice enough to squeeze me into see another doctor. It was really lovely especially dragging two kids under 3 around. Great customer service! And doctor was fantastic giving me lots of information.

not a place to go if urgency. 4 last times I went there, manage to see a doc once; got sent to Balmain hospital once, to Campsie med centre another time, got told it was not possible unless taking an appointment 2 days later the other time ...Kinshasa med centres are competing here or are not too far from doing so. good luck dentist services are ok though.

Excellent service Staff are lovely and very accommodating and helpful. Appointment was previously booked. There was no waiting to see the chosen medical practitioner, who was through.

The medical centre itself is fantastic and the doctors are excellent, but the phone service is unacceptable. Over the last few years it has been the same story – phones just aren’t answered. Today I called at 2:53 pm, was told I was 5th in line, and opted for a callback. I didn’t receive that call until 5:55 pm. For a medical centre, where people often need timely help, this is simply not good enough. The care, once you get in is wonderful, but the phone system really lets the centre down. I’ve been coming to this practice for a couple of years now. The doctors I’ve seen had a welcoming manner and keen to help. Noteworthy are Dr Muthurajah, Dr Chaudhry and Dr Islam. The reception staff, equally excellent, polite and helpful. The icing would be if they bulk billed, otherwise very happy with the services.
