When my name was called, the doctor did not smile, did not say hi, sat down and I could tell immediately she was either having a bad day or in a rush because it didn’t seem like she was listening when I was trying to tell her I have had shoulder pain for 4 months!! And I know it isn’t muscular. She told me to stand up and move my arms and when I wasn’t doing it right she said “no no” in a very annoyed tone. She then said my shoulders are moving fine. Although I had to wait a little while the waiting room has a happy relaxed feeling reception is always knowledgeable and friendly. I had a shingles and flu shot and did not have to wait between the doctor and nurse. Th nurse was also professional and friendly and there is a chemist on sites. I always have a positive experience here and feel well taken care of and parking is easy and free in the council car park

I made a same-day appointment for my daughter who may have had appendicitis and was very impressed with Dr Amika and the whole team at this Centre. We didn't leave until they were sure it was not serious. I'd highly recommend.

Been going to this clinic for over 5 years. Service has dramatically dropped but fees have increased. Firstly no one ever answers the phone at the clinic. You can wait for hours and no one will ever answer the main switch line. Secondly I always have to wait over an hour for my booked appointment and thirdly, each doctor charges different rates and is extremely confusing and not transparent. When checking in at doctor the reception should advise of fees. Do more Leichhardt medical and dental your service is below par.

The Doctors, nurses and staff at this centre are top quality and go the extra mile to ensure their clients receive the best care and attention. Always treated with respect and person centred to suite each individuals needs. A huge thank you to everyone that cared for me on Tuesday particularly Dr Sealey, Amelia, the lovely ladies on reception and Isabella and the gentleman in the treatment room. I highly recommend this centre to anyone in need of medical attention.
