Always love collecting for customers from Lawson’s.. best staff as well as customer service!! On this occasion I had a dead phone battery which the staff kindly assisted me to charge, as well as a dead car battery which the champion Anzac jump started for me with the forklift. Busy time as well on a Friday afternoon, couldn’t thank you all enough 🥹🙏🏼🚙
Huge ups to the team working at Lawsons auction house. Not only are they incredibly efficient and helpful they're wonderfully personable. I hit Lawsons almost once a week and genuinely look forward to that time of day. ESPECIALLY to see Samantha (the gorgeous woman working behind the desk) Jason (Absolute cracker Kiwi and my go to guy) and Trent (Ex-removalist, expert tetris van packing guy). Always a pleasure!
I came in this morning to pick up items I won. It was the first time I'd ever been into the auction house and I wanted to say thank you so much. Your team is amazing. Every single team member (8 in total) that I interacted with as I navigated my way around was really helpful and friendly and I really appreciated the awesome customer service. Every pick up has been met with the utmost courteous and helpful assistance from all staff, especially Trent and Jamie.
