As previously mentioned, customer service is non existance, no replies to emails and telephone calls have the usual response that someone will contact. Items sent and acknowledged believe to have been sold but funds never credited.Items dismantled and sold separately to the detrimental to the seller but to the their benefit T%otal lack of duty and care Never again

Absolute disgrace! I purchased an item for $180 AUD and was charged $50 AUD to ship a 150-gram item from Sydney to Brisbane. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly rude and unfriendly. In over 30 years of buying from auction houses around the world, I have NEVER experienced anything this poor. Think twice before buying here.
