The moment I walked in I could see the surgery was very neat and clean and well set out. All the staff were engaging, friendly and professional. I was seen promptly and the procedure explained clearly before starting. The procedure was quick and painless and further advice provided for my after care. All in all a good experience at the dentist. 😀 Phil.
My son was extremely nervous and resistant to the dentist after a difficult experience elsewhere. Dr Govind was incredibly patient and kind, explaining every step and waiting until my son felt confident to proceed. He even managed to get a tooth extracted while my son watched Minions! Every staff member was welcoming, kind and encouraging towards him. We are very grateful for such a great experience!
The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with, the clinic is very clean, has a modern feel and up to date. For me it has been a 12month process all up to get implants done and new teeth built, which was made a very much a pleasure with the professional and compassionate staff. I'd like to thank all that have been involved with my procedure and Id highly recommend Launceston dental to anyone. Thank you all so much ❤️
Always a great experience! Nothing is ever an issue, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and Vickey is fantastic! When I have had to get something more serious don Dr Jin gets it done, no pain and quick! thanks to the whole team for making my experience great!
Highly recommend! My three children have their dental care done here regularly, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. I’ve also had two emergency situations where my boys broke their adult teeth, and each time Launceston Dental were incredibly kind, calm, and accommodating. They saw my child immediately and made a stressful situation so much easier. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care they show is truly commendable. Five stars — I’m always happy to recommend them.
