The last dentist I went to over 2 years ago told me I needed 2 fillings so I went to Launceston Dental and they said I didn’t. Best second opinion I ever got. The service is so friendly. Jen the Oral Health Therapist is fantastic. Have had a couple of visits and it’s always 5 star.
I had my clean today at Launceston Dental, and I truly had a wonderful experience. Jen and Judy are both extremely skilled and professional, and they perform their work with great care and confidence. I felt very comfortable throughout the appointment, and I really appreciated their comprehensive and gentle approach to the treatment. The moment I walked in I could see the surgery was very neat and clean and well set out. All the staff were engaging, friendly and professional. I was seen promptly and the procedure explained clearly before starting. The procedure was quick and painless and further advice provided for my after care. All in all a good experience at the dentist. 😀 Phil.
Always a great experience! Nothing is ever an issue, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and Vickey is fantastic! When I have had to get something more serious don Dr Jin gets it done, no pain and quick! thanks to the whole team for making my experience great!
My son was extremely nervous and resistant to the dentist after a difficult experience elsewhere. Dr Govind was incredibly patient and kind, explaining every step and waiting until my son felt confident to proceed. He even managed to get a tooth extracted while my son watched Minions! Every staff member was welcoming, kind and encouraging towards him. We are very grateful for such a great experience!
