As someone that suffers with severe dental anxiety I have recently had the best experience at Launceston Dental. Dr Monika and her dental assistant Zoe have made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my recent visits. Dr Monika is very gentle and caring and explains every step in detail. She is very patient and understanding and constantly checking in with me to see if I am ok during my procedure. I can not recommend Dr Monika and the team at Launceston Dental highly enough and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Amazing experience in this clinic. Dr. Monika Makkar is an excellent professional, very kind and careful in every detail. She made me feel comfortable at all times and the treatment was flawless. Without a doubt, the best dentist I have been to in Australia. Highly recommended!
Visited Launceston Dental as I was having some issues with my teeth. Hadn’t been to a dentist in 9 years as previous experience at another practice was torture and painful. Dr Monica was gentle and I cannot recommend Launceston Dental enough. If you are putting off the dentist because you’re scared or had bad experiences, give Dr Monica and the team a go. You won’t regret it
This year two of my teeth needed emergency treatment, and I was seen within 24hrs both times. Treatments provided were a root canal with crown and an extraction followed by an implant. Through all the appointments Dr Sam, Dr Monika and Dr Modi have each shown genuine care, empathy and non-judgment. I was so anxious and worried about going to the dentist after a long, long time that I was physically sick and I can't recommend Launceston Dental enough! I have had a wisdom tooth extraction today and Dr Sam was amazing and the team in there never make me feel judged or sorry that I chose them to be my forever dentists!
