As someone that suffers with severe dental anxiety I have recently had the best experience at Launceston Dental. Dr Monika and her dental assistant Zoe have made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my recent visits. Dr Monika is very gentle and caring and explains every step in detail. She is very patient and understanding and constantly checking in with me to see if I am ok during my procedure. I can not recommend Dr Monika and the team at Launceston Dental highly enough and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Everyone was so caring and thoughtful during the months long process of repairing the damage done to my teeth from years of chronic illness , especially Dr Monica , she allayed so many of my nerves and fears and made the whole process a breeze and so enjoyable. Recommended! Friendly professional team! Had a procedure done and it was performed both efficiently, carefully and surprisingly pain-free! I went in expecting the worst along with a week of displeasure afterwards. It was however it was quite the opposite! Only issue I had was being physically unable to talk for a couple of hours with a numb mouth and tongue. Amazing experience in this clinic. Dr. Monika Makkar is an excellent professional, very kind and careful in every detail. She made me feel comfortable at all times and the treatment was flawless. Without a doubt, the best dentist I have been to in Australia. Highly recommended!
Visited Launceston Dental as I was having some issues with my teeth. Hadn’t been to a dentist in 9 years as previous experience at another practice was torture and painful. Dr Monica was gentle and I cannot recommend Launceston Dental enough. If you are putting off the dentist because you’re scared or had bad experiences, give Dr Monica and the team a go. You won’t regret it
