Carley was the worst Agent I have ever dealt with. I worked in Real Estate before moving to Mid North Coast. Once Carley got the deal she didn’t want anything to do with me and actually blocked me on phone. The promised thank you gift package for being a wonderful client has never been received… over 1 year on. I would not recommend Carley to any buyer.
Alex and Carly are a great team, I engaged Laing And Simmons Manning Valley to sell a commercial property which I thought was going to drag out. Nothing was further from the truth. They were on it straight away and the property sold within three weeks. Couldn’t be happier.
Has to be one of the best real estate agents in town. Easy going and understanding of life’s variables. If you’re a good tenant and need a home. Have a chat with them. They’re awesome!
Spoke to Chris about a potential rental my family and I will were interested in. She was extremely rude to me and unhelpful. After reading other reviews it seems she often lets the Laing and Simmons team down. Maybe she favours buyers and treats potential renters like rubbish. Will not be recommending her to anyone, she has ruined this experience for me. Will look at going with another company now
They need a little more organisation and way better communication. We would have to call and ask what is going on, rather then them calling and telling us of any changes to our investment property.
