I can not recommend this daycare/kindergarten enough, we have been with Kool Kids since moving to the gold coast 5 years ago and have had two children move through the centre. The educators are amazing, you can tell every single educator loves the kids, they give them cuddles when they're sad and are so driven to help and teach the children. My daughters have made the best friends before starting school. Everyone is amazing but a special mention to Miss Sam, Miss Elena, Miss Ange and Miss Alana. ❤️❤️
We're still fairly new to Kool Kids Pacific Pines after moving our toddler from another great centre due to changing locations. Like any parent, I was nervous, but we've had such a positive experience. The staff are warm and caring, and our daughter is excited to go every morning. We chose this kindergarten because of its high rating, but our experience didn’t quite match the expectations. The fees are quite high, but overall the quality feels pretty average. The activities are just okay, nothing particularly engaging or special. Some teachers are great, but others are not, and there seems to be a high staff turnover, which makes it hard for kids to build stable relationships. This would have to be the most amazing daycare in the area. From our interactions with the lovely office team to settling in our family, we have become part of the family over the last year and we would recommended this Centre to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing, clean and kind place for your child to thrive. The activites and events are always so fun and the team get involved in all too !
Outstanding care provided, friendly and helpful team and great outside play areas. My daughter loves it here and she has gained a lot more confidence since going here. I don’t have to worry about her during the day while I work at all. It is a good feeling.
