We chose this kindergarten because of its high rating, but our experience didn’t quite match the expectations. The fees are quite high, but overall the quality feels pretty average. The activities are just okay, nothing particularly engaging or special. Some teachers are great, but others are not, and there seems to be a high staff turnover, which makes it hard for kids to build stable relationships. This would have to be the most amazing daycare in the area. From our interactions with the lovely office team to settling in our family, we have become part of the family over the last year and we would recommended this Centre to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing, clean and kind place for your child to thrive. The activites and events are always so fun and the team get involved in all too !
Outstanding care provided, friendly and helpful team and great outside play areas. My daughter loves it here and she has gained a lot more confidence since going here. I don’t have to worry about her during the day while I work at all. It is a good feeling.
We absolutely love Kool Kids Pacific Pines! My little girl has been there since she was 7 months old (now over 2) and she just loves it. I’m a pretty picky mum and looked at five other centres before choosing this one, and I’m so glad I did! The rooms and play areas are always super clean, and I love that the babies and toddlers have their own space. Our grandson Jeremiah has been at Kool Kids Pac Pines for 3yrs-he graduates this year. It has been a great experience for him and us especially this year-preparing him for Big School next year. Miss Sam in particular has gone above and beyond to support Jeremiah, who is autistic, helping him with his speech, 'talking' and overall school readiness.
