We toured 7 different centres when we first moved to the Gold Coast before deciding on Kool Kids Mermaid Waters - and after 8 months here, we’re so glad we chose it. We have been extremely happy with Kool Kids at Mermaid. My son has been attending for the past 9 months, starting in the baby room, and I honestly could not fault the centre. We’ve had such a lovely experience with Kool Kids, Mermaid Waters. The staff are incredibly caring, and you can really see how much they genuinely look after each child. What we appreciate the most is how well they communicate with us about our child’s needs and how their day is going. They always share the little moments and milestones, which makes us feel so connected and reassured. It’s such a comfort to know our child is in caring and attentive hands every day. My husband and I are so grateful that we chose Kool Kids Mermaid Waters for our son. Like any big transition, it took a little time for our 14 month old to adjust, but now he absolutely loves it.
