We have absolutely loved our time at this centre and cannot thank the team enough for the care and support they have provided to our daughter, Winnie. The facilities are fantastic, and the entire team is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every morning we were greeted with a smile, which always made us feel valued and comfortable. Kool Kids have been an integral part of caring for my son. They have helped support me through the change and journey of obtaining a level 3 autistic diagnosis for my boy and they have been there every step of the way caring and supporting us as a family. Fantastic centre .
My fault has been at the centre for 7 years, seeing 3 children learn and grow. We've airways been pleased with the cleanliness of the centre, friendly staff and variety of learning. Highly recommended!
This is our second week at Kool Kids and we couldn’t be happier with the care of our 22 month old so far. The facilities are amazing, the daily updates and communication has been above and beyond. Thanks to Miss Gemma, Miss Matilda, and the team for making the transition so positive for our family.
My son has thrived the past 2 years at Kool Kids Nerang after transferring from another centre in the area. The staff are communicative and caring, and admin are always friendly and knowledgeable. My son is properly prepared and confident for school next year thanks to his amazing kindy teachers and the Kool Kids team.
