I enrolled my 10-month-old at Kool Kids Helensvale last month after an extensive search for the right daycare, and I can honestly say that no other centre in the area compared to the warm, loving atmosphere here. The facilities are excellent, but what matters most to me is knowing that my baby is cared for by people who genuinely love their work and want to be there. Kool Kids Helensvale has been a great daycare for little miss (almost) 5. She has attended here since she was 3, and has enjoyed a consistent, dedicated team of teachers throughout her time here. We saw the staff as friendly and supportive, not only to our daughter, but also when it comes to the pesky admin side of life. We've had to move centres as we are moving from the area for work; which is a shame - we will all miss the dedicated and lovely team at Kool Kids Helensvale

I highly recommend Kool Kids Helensvale. We did tours of 4 daycares in Helensvale and Kool Kids Helensvale was our pick! We had recently taken our daughter out of her previous daycare, which she had attended her whole upbringing, from 4 months old (she’s now 3). We had to change due to moving. My son had a wonderful experience at Kool Kids Helensvale during the 2 years he attended. He developed warm bonds with many of the teachers and staff during his time there. He was more than ready to go off to big school at the start of this year with all the help and preparation provided in his Kindy class and even now he still asks to stop in at Kool Kids to say Hi and update them all on how fun school is!
