I've been training with Luke consistently for 4 years and he has been my massage therapist for longer. Luke really understands my training goals, my challenges and how to get the best out of myself, he is also an awesome massage therapist for all the post training complaints. Every team member at Kneadasooth is bang on with there care and services they provide, really putting the client front of mind. Luke helped me rehab my dislocating shoulder and I was so happy with his service that I stayed with him for another 5+ years. His knowledge of fitness and the human body is extensive, and he could answer any question that I could think of. He’s also a great bloke that’s easy to talk to while training. Would highly recommend him for fitness training or a massage.
Luke is very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body, He also gives the best massages and knows where all the sore spots are! :) His facility is warm and welcoming, highly recommended for all your bodies needs. Lots of knowledge and experience coming out of kneadasoothe.
I have visited Kneadasoothe many times to help with recovery and strength training. Luke has been able to support me every time, helping me to gain confidence when going to play football. The facility is clean, welcoming, and always focused on your progress. Highly recommend!
Been seeing Luke for a number years for both massages and personal training. The experience has been amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s personalized to suit our needs, and he even helped me rehabilitate my shoulder after surgery!
