Today I ad a remedial massage with Eva. I came in with tension in my shoulders, lower back and hamstrings that had been bothering me during the week. Eva was incredibly professional, taking the time to really listen to my issues and assess the areas needing the most work before we started. During the session, her technique was spot-on. She managed to find and release knots that I didn't even realise were there, applying the perfect amount of pressure.
That's the first time I got a massage by an expert and I could feel the difference. It's not like any other massage you can get elsewhere. Thanks to them I could feel lighter during my marathon the week after. Will definitely come back again !
Seen Monique for a full body treatment , she was brilliant, caring and very experienced with different techniques from manual therapy, trigger point release, cupping and needling. I had multiple muscle strains and knots and i felt great after. Thank you .
I was very impressed with my Lymphdrainage today with Eva, her massage was wonderful very soft relaxing caring and felt amazing. Her calming holistic respectful nature plus her soft spiritual background music made it even more beautiful. Eva was fantastic. Great pressure in the remedial massage (I'm very fussy and like a very strong pressure). She was very proactive and sought lots of feedback on how the massage pressure etc was from my perspective. Really Great. Highly recommended. Thanks Knead team.
