Klover property failed to lodge my increase rental bond payment to the rta, and used it as a part rent payment, unprofessional. During the 5 years I rented the house my request for maintenance was denied, it took the 9 month to fix broken stairs to the back of the house.only after I breach them did they do anything about it.
Unprofessional, uncommunicative, lacking in integrity and competency, and are downright dishonest. I would never do business with Klover Property and recommend others do not as well. I note there is a review from Fiona Zhao who is their own employee as listed on their website. Curious. I wonder if any of it is true.
