We’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about Kindy Patch Forresters Beach from friends, and it’s easy to see why. The new Centre Manager is absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming, and approachable from the moment you walk in. She genuinely interacts with the children, makes them feel special, and ensures they are the priority during our tour. This has got the be the worst centre I have ever experienced. Never the correct amount of supervisors per kid. No one ever says hi. No one ever returns phone calls or emails. Countless times I had picked my kid up with a dirty nappy which had obviously been like it for some time. My husband who had never been to the centre before picked our child up and they did not request id or even ask his name they had no idea who he was and let him leave. I would advise never to let your kid come here.
Kindy Patch wasn’t our first choice but I’m so thrilled it was worked out this way with my son attending Kindy Patch Forresters beach. From day one I felt reassured he was in caring, positive and supportive hands. They’ve helped teach my son skills & educate him in ways I didn’t even consider. Today actually marks 1 year of our son attending Kindy Patch Forresters Beach. We couldn't speak more highly of the service, facilities, equipment and most of all the caring and amazing educators. Our son was only 10.5 months when he started and he's grown to absolutely love the centre and adore the educators. It's so hard to find a daycare that you feel comfortable with and trust to look after and teach your child. I found Kindy Patch Forresters Beach very homely when i walked in. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease. My son absolutely loves going their and talks about it to everyone all week. In fact he's fallen in love with one of his teachers, Lara, who has been amazing with Finn. I highly recommend Kindy Patch Forresters Beach to anyone who will/have asked.
