I truely cannot understand the people giving 5 stars. I have experienced multiple centres for my children over the years and I have never seen anything like this. I would not recommended anyone put their child in these people’s hands. Kim the director, absolutely useless. She will make you feel like she supports and cares about you and your child. We’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about Kindy Patch Forresters Beach from friends, and it’s easy to see why. The new Centre Manager is absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming, and approachable from the moment you walk in. She genuinely interacts with the children, makes them feel special, and ensures they are the priority during our tour. This has got the be the worst centre I have ever experienced. Never the correct amount of supervisors per kid. No one ever says hi. No one ever returns phone calls or emails. Countless times I had picked my kid up with a dirty nappy which had obviously been like it for some time. My husband who had never been to the centre before picked our child up and they did not request id or even ask his name they had no idea who he was and let him leave. I would advise never to let your kid come here.
Kindy Patch wasn’t our first choice but I’m so thrilled it was worked out this way with my son attending Kindy Patch Forresters beach. From day one I felt reassured he was in caring, positive and supportive hands. They’ve helped teach my son skills & educate him in ways I didn’t even consider. The educators always seem to be across any health concerns and share that with me at first notice. Daycare review I’m not sure who’s giving this daycare good reviews because this place is terrible!!!!! Grime and mess in the rooms from the day before, incident reports not being filled out properly or at all!!!, the children constantly have empty water bottles, teachers not acknowledge the children on arrival which is just like… cmon… like really… a simple hi wouldn’t hurt Teachers look like they want to give up, I don’t see any motivation or enthusiasm which trickles down to the children Obviously happy to take the mone... read more
