Terrible experience with this company. Charged booking fee for shoot promised before start of our busy season, then rescheduled for months later as "next available date" and CUBE then expected to keep part of the booking fee when we had to cancel! Alexandra in accounts was rude, patronizing and unhelpful in resolving the issue. Emails are left dead and you will not be helped or returned your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
No photoshoot able to be booked for months. A loooong process to cancel.
I used Cube Online for my first salon and I was happy so I wanted to use them for my second salon. I have been VERY unhappy so far. At the time I specified that the only day suitable was a Monday, which was no problem last time. Every month I have had an email booking the shoot in for Tues, Wed, Thurs - any day but Monday! Was repeatedly hounded by Oscar Hunt to pay so he could book a photographer to do the virtual tour That was in October 2016 its now April 2017 And your company has not even contacted me to explain and i have tried to no avail Very poor form The ombudsmen is being informed Please either send me a photographer this week or kindly refund my money
The sales rep was a dick head. Don't deal with these morons
