Arrived hime to find water in the kitchen & no power to most of the house. Called Kiama electrical before 5pm & Jack arrived after hours & located the issue & restored the power! Excellent service .

Jack did not do what he promised. It is very disappointing. Jack has ghosted us and won't return calls or messages. He still has our part which he wont return and the replacement cost is $480. It has been nearly 4 months of repeated contacts and ghosting, I have even offered to. pay postage. If this is how you deal with people then I sincerly can not recommend you to anyone as a business person.
