Highly recommend Dr Waly. My whole family has seen Dr Waly for skin checks and I seen him for my 6 week postpartum check up and baby 6 week check up. He has been very thorough and attentive. He has a wealth of knowledge! I felt listened to and I felt like my requests were accommodated without any push back or making me feel silly for asking. Hoping he stays in town so we can continue seeing him
Dr Waly was excellent and great at helping to educate me about skin cancer while I got my skin check. I left feeling relieved and happy. Will definitely be back.
I waited an hour with my newborn before being seen. Whilst explain my health concerns another doctor opened the door without knocking and stood there peering in until I informed my doctor someone was at the door. They then had a lengthy conversation in a different langue with no acknowledgment of me or apology. I felt uncomfortable and believe my treatment was unprofessional. I will be trying somewhere else.
The medical center canceled my 7-month-old baby’s appointment with a so-called specialist doctor, who is suffering from a high fever, because we were 6 minutes late. We were then asked to pay a $100 fee and told to make another appointment if we wanted to see the doctor again. On December 31st, I had an appointment with another doctor, but they closed the center without informing us. There was a handwritten notice on the door stating that the center was closed. This is completely unacceptable.
Definitely a waste of money and time. I came to this center and was treated by one of the "specialists". When I went into the room I told him what was wrong with me and he didn't know how to help me at all, I left knowing less than before. As for the second problem I had, he told me "I don't know how to help you with that, better visit another doctor". Basically with my two problems he helped me absolutely NOTHING.
