We started taking our family here as the practice is a Medibank Member’s Choice Advantage Provider. From the moment we walked in, all staff were kind and friendly. We have two young kids who don’t like to sit still but everyone is so welcoming of young children here. There is even books and colouring in for children to do while they wait. The best dental practice I have ever attended. All the staff are friendly and good at their jobs. Dr Henny went out of her way to ensure that I had the best care for a serious situation at short notice. A thoughtful, caring and truly excellent dentist. I was not previously a patient there, but will be from now on.
This practice has exceeded my expectations. As a new client I was given an emergency appointment within 24 hours of my call. As an extremely anxious dental patient both experiences have been pain free. The staff are very welcoming, professional and caring. It is fantastic to have found such a wonderful dental practice.
