Shizuka is amazing! I have been going to her regularly, and my neck and lower back feel so much better. I used to wake up every morning with a sore neck, but ever since I met Shizuka, I have not felt that pain in a long time. She is truly the best!

Legit, best massage I’ve had in years! Felt my hips/waist was rotating more fluid after. Best shoulder and upper back massage. Shizuka released a lot of stress and knots around my traps and shoulders. I really appreciated the quick posture check up too.
