I had an amazing experience at Kaizen Remedial Massage! Shizuka was absolutely lovely and provided great pressure throughout the massage, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Legit, best massage I’ve had in years! Felt my hips/waist was rotating more fluid after. Best shoulder and upper back massage. Shizuka released a lot of stress and knots around my traps and shoulders. I really appreciated the quick posture check up too.

I found their first clinic through some friends in the Bondi area, and was astounded at how my body felt post session from my first visit. The therapist's lovely calm energy really soothed my soul.
