I was really looking forward to my one-hour relaxation massage at Kaizen, as I'd never had this kind of treatment before. I experience a lot of pain and tension in my shoulders, and while I wasn't expecting one session to completely fix it, I had hoped to leave feeling at least some relief. Today was my first session having a massage and it was absolutely amazing. It honestly felt like a miracle. my body feels so much lighter and better afterwards. The therapist made sure the pressure was just right and always checked that I was comfortable throughout the session. I really appreciated how attentive and professional he was. Kaizen RMT is the best clinic in Sidney for remedial massage therapy. Shizu in particular is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Shizuka is the best masseuse I’ve ever seen- since starting with her my body has felt better than it has since I can remember. I could not recommend her any higher.
