Shizuka and the team at Kaizen are the best. I have a few aches and pains. Each time Shizuka knows where to treat me and the pain. I always walk out at the end of a massage with no pain and feeling refreshed. Kaizen also have HiCaps for your private health insurance. Highly recommend.

Got recommended Shizuka by a friend of mine as i run quite a lot however was a bit skeptical about it with massages and past experiences however the massage did not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations with my marathon coming up and cleared and helped a treat with my recovery so would totally recommend 💯
