I had an amazing experience at Kaizen Remedial Massage! Shizuka was absolutely lovely and provided great pressure throughout the massage, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming, and the entire team was incredibly friendly. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Legit, best massage I’ve had in years! Felt my hips/waist was rotating more fluid after. Best shoulder and upper back massage. Shizuka released a lot of stress and knots around my traps and shoulders. I really appreciated the quick posture check up too.

Highly recommend anyone looking for a therapeutic or recovery style massage here with their therapists! I found their first clinic through some friends in the Bondi area, and was astounded at how my body felt post session from my first visit. The therapist's lovely calm energy really soothed my soul. I recently had an amazing remedial massage at Shizuka's Potts Point location. She got all my knots out and I pretty much floated out of the room after!
