Starting to see Shizuka was honestly the best health decision Ive ever made. I've been seeing her for over a year, and my body has improved in ways I never thought would be possible through massage. Pain is gone, muscles are becoming stronger, posture has improved and I'm being injured less often. Plus, she's just a lovely person and has my best interest in mind at every session. I recommend her to everyone I know, and will continue to do so. Her work has honestly changed my life.

Highly recommended for new and/or experienced people in the field of therapy to try come here! Shizuka went above and beyond in making my back and leg muscles feel brand new post session. I really appreciated the mood set in her clinic to give a sense of peace, to match her communication. Will definitely be making future visits whenever my body doesn't feel at its optimum.
