I had an amazing experience at Kaizen Remedial Massage! Shizuka was absolutely lovely and provided great pressure throughout the massage, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming, and the entire team was incredibly friendly. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. There is no one better than Shizuka and her team at Kaizen RMT! Been seeing them for years now. I live an active life, running, riding and everything in between and my monthly massages are key to keeping me healthy. Em was an incredible! She worked deep into my muscles and got rid of many knots I had in my upper body in particular. She was kind and friendly and easy to speak with. I highly recommend seeing Em at the massage parlour! 10/10 best massage I’ve ever had!
Legit, best massage I’ve had in years! Felt my hips/waist was rotating more fluid after. Best shoulder and upper back massage. Shizuka released a lot of stress and knots around my traps and shoulders. I really appreciated the quick posture check up too.
Highly recommend anyone looking for a therapeutic or recovery style massage here with their therapists! I found their first clinic through some friends in the Bondi area, and was astounded at how my body felt post session from my first visit. The therapist's lovely calm energy really soothed my soul.
