Legit, best massage I’ve had in years! Felt my hips/waist was rotating more fluid after. Best shoulder and upper back massage. Shizuka released a lot of stress and knots around my traps and shoulders. I really appreciated the quick posture check up too.
I recently had an amazing remedial massage at Shizuka's Potts Point location. She got all my knots out and I pretty much floated out of the room after! I recently visited Shizuka at for a massage and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. She has been incredibly professional and took the time to ask about my needs and any areas of concern. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, making me feel rejuvenated. The pressure was just right, and the techniques used were effective in relieving my tension.
Shizuka is excellent and knows the anatomy well to find ways to remedy where your body needs it. Having options for the weekend is certainly a draw card and her positive vibe adds to the holistic environment.
Highly recommend anyone looking for a therapeutic or recovery style massage here w/ Shizuka! I found her first clinic through some friends in the Bondi area, and was astounded at how my body felt post session from my first visit. Her lovely calm energy really soothes the soul.
