5 stars without hesitation. I’ve been a client of Shizuka’s for the past 6 years and her treatments have made a huge difference to my body and overall wellbeing. I have been having sports massages for more than two decades in Australia and around the Asia region. Shizuka is simply the best sports masseuse I have met. She cares for her patients and doesn’t rush. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Starting to see Shizuka was honestly the best health decision Ive ever made. I've been seeing her for over a year, and my body has improved in ways I never thought would be possible through massage. Pain is gone, muscles are becoming stronger, posture has improved and I'm being injured less often. Plus, she's just a lovely person and has my best interest in mind at every session. I recommend her to everyone I know, and will continue to do so. Her work has honestly changed my life.

Her technique is precise, yet soothing. I always leave each session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with significantly reduced pain and tension. Shizuka is also fantasti... read more
I have been going to Kaizen for years. Shizuka and her team are always amazing, consistently delivering the best massages every time. It is perfect for recovery after a workout, and whenever I get injured from training, Shizuka always fixes it. Highly recommend!
