Starting to see Shizuka was honestly the best health decision Ive ever made. I've been seeing her for over a year, and my body has improved in ways I never thought would be possible through massage. Pain is gone, muscles are becoming stronger, posture has improved and I'm being injured less often. Plus, she's just a lovely person and has my best interest in mind at every session.
