I can’t think of a better name for this team. To dream about a first home is more difficult than perhaps the 2nd or 3rd purchase. Dpending on ones life obstacles and start in life, it can be unthinkable to achieve the wealth needed to step out of the rental loop- where inflating costs seem to limit chances to to grow a nest egg when there are other family priorities to consider.
