This guy is very professional. Couldn't make the initial appointment time and had the courtesy to call and reschedule rather than leave me hanging, then as a way of an apology for any inconvenience, gave me a discount off the repair costs. Came on time, identified and repaired the burst pipe promptly, very reasonable price as a previous similar repair by another plumber cost me more than double.
