Very pleased with the service from JO Plumbing from start to finish. I initially called regarding a non-urgent dripping tap and spoke directly with the director, John, who was friendly and professional. Despite the job not being urgent, he was able to arrange for one of his team members, Mitch, to attend our Southbank location within two hours. Best plumber. So efficient and thorough with his work and extremely reasonably priced. Helped us out on a Friday afternoon with only a couple of hours notice. We had a burst pipe in our study wall and water was everywhere John came to the rescue. John had our water back on with in 15minutes from arrival and didn't overcharge considering it was after hours call out. Highly recommend John to anyone looking for a plumber.
